Vintage pair of 9ct gold openwork drop earrings, c.1940s

A pretty pair of 9ct gold vintage drop earrings designed in the Victorian manner. Each earring has a beautiful puffy tear drop suspended from a filigree openwork lozenge shape frame. Being suspended, the gorgeous earrings have lovely movement and catch the light. With ball finial posts and butterfly scroll fittings. Date to c.1940s – 1960s.
