Antique Edwardian 9ct gold citrine negligee necklace, c.1910

Dating to the early 20th century, this aesthetic antique piece fits neatly into the Edwardian era. Design as a 9ct gold negligee necklace with elegant claw set citrine drops suspended from an openwork lozenge frame. The citrines are a wonderful warm yellow-orange hue, delicious, like drops of golden honey. Being facetted, the citrines catch the light beautifully. On a fine pendant chain with spring clasp. The pendant measures 21 mm x 40 mm at the widest and longest points. Please note the box shown is for demonstration purposes.
