Dating to the early 20th century, this sweet piece fits neatly into the Edwardian era. Designed as an oval shaped locket pendant with glazed front and back panels. Beautifully framed by delicate openwork scalloped edging and suspended from a reeded detail bail. The gold has a soft rose hue with a warm yellow gold wash, creating a very pretty aesthetic. The glazed panels are loose and open by taking out the back. Perfect for housing keep sakes such as dried flowers, miniature paintings, photographs and scripts.
