Contemporary 9ct gold alexandrite, tsavorite and prasiolite floral ring, 2005

A visually pleasing contemporary 9ct gold ring, claw set with a central oval shaped and facetted alexandrite. Beautifully framed by a halo of pastel green prasiolite and flanked by marquise cut vibrant green tsavorite leaf detail shoulders. On a plain shank. The alexandrite is likely to be Indian in origin, unconfirmed, and measures 7 mm x 5 mm. A very pretty 9ct gold gemset ring in a lovely floral design. Dates to the early 21st century.
